Mail from January 28, 2019: Mr. Bill Porter of The Olathe Poste is a wonderful correspondent. He always takes the time to write a friendly letter. We like to share about our mutual hobby - philately! Bill sent an original add & pass, complete with original watercolor work. He said of my middle initial, “the B stands for Beautiful !” Haha...quite the charmer!
Thanks for the mail!

The mail art of Nancy Bell Scott has been featured on the LYONS' DEN blog in the past. The following is the last piece from NBS in 2018. Mail from Linda Rogers, August 2018: Linda and I are in the CIRCLES group on IUOMA-ning. In her post card to me, she makes mention of circles. The artwork on front includes circles, however at first glance, the eyes are drawn to the triangle shapes and the stripes.
Thanks, Linda! More mail art from Mary Grellner in 2018. Mary's notes are warm and friendly. She is a fun correspondent.
Thanks for the great mail, Mary! Four more original Add & Passes (from the Lyons' Den studio) are making the rounds. Made in January, I used ephemera from my personal collection. In November 2018 mail came in from Catherine Kanvik, my first from her. The Add & Pass was sent on after my adds.
Thank you, Catherine! Mail Art from September 2018: Another Deco made its way to me, this time from Toni Hanner. The "Asian Influence Deco" was started by fellow IUOMA-ning member, Carolyn Cline (Colorado Springs, CO). Here is the page I did for the Deco:
Mail Art from August 2018: A "Free Style Deco" from Florine Stettheim. My contribution to the Deco:
Lovely ALPHABET CARD - the letter "J" for Jayne, and a penguin (cuz I like penguins). A lovely surprise from Pam McVay (Washington State), and friend on IUOMA-ning. Love it, Pam! Thank you!
In November 2018 I received an envelope from Grigori Antonin, a fellow Minnesotan. As I was not familiar with him, I did a quick search on IUOMA-ning. I discovered that Grigori is not a current member there, however I found a number of posts referencing him and his work. Looks like he is a longtime Networker.
